I am a NYC based choreographer, performer and Artistic Director of Laura Peterson Choreography. We are a four person dance company creating concept driven, extremely physical dances with set designs that are integral to each piece. My work has been presented throughout the US and in Europe and South America.

Class Descriptions (required for Faculty, Guest Artists and Subs):

This class is highly physical and continuous. Each dancer finds their own way to connect the warm-up phrases to their own dancing through a special class theory. As artists we don't need to separate the technical exercises we perform in the beginning of a class from the performance of the final dance phrase. Every moment of our experience is equally important and should be equally engaging to watch and do. You will dance throughout the entire class. Bring water and kneepads.
